- Tan Meng Leong You can't 'get' to be a son of God, you are a son of God the moment you accepted Christ as your Savior. You don't 'get' there, you need the personal revelation that you are already there in Christ.

- Tan Meng Leong Even believers need to hear from preachers the are full of grace, like Paul, to rediscover the first love, His love for us (1Jo 4:19), to behold Christ anew and return to grace. Grace is not natural (it's supernatural!) while law is natural in this fallen world. Without hearing of grace, and renew our mind afresh and refilled/refueled in grace, we will fall back to natural, to law (and Christ becoming ineffective (Gal 5:4)).
