Do not limit God

Nevertheless they flattered Him with their mouth, And they lied to Him with their tongue; For their heart was not steadfast with Him, Nor were they faithful in His covenant. But He, being full of compassion, forgave their iniquity, And did not destroy them. Yes, many a time He turned His anger away, And did not stir up all His wrath; For He remembered that they were but flesh, A breath that passes away and does not come again. How often they provoked Him in the wilderness, And grieved Him in the desert! Yes, again and again they tempted God, And limited the Holy One of Israel. (Psa 78:36-41)

For Jesus said, "Because of your unbelief; for assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you. (Mat 17:20) "If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes." (Mark 9:23) God is all powerful and but man is not. Man has very little strength to believe and that limited God. But now things have changed. The old is gone and the new has come... You may say: I want to stop my unbelief but how? The question is not how but who? Seek Him first and all that you asked in His name, will come to pass (Mat 6:33) for He said "it is finished" on the cross. If you set your eyes on yourself, you see your flesh, you see your weaknesses, you see unbelief, you limit Him. If you set your eyes on Him, you see His finished work, you see His victory, you see your mountain removed. Only in Him you can believe, only in Him all things are possible, only in Him you are who you are... see yourself in Him. Hear Him!
