As the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return to it without watering the earth and making it bud and flourish, so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater, so is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it. (Isa 55:10-11)
1) Jesus answered, "It is written: 'Man does not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.'" (Mat 4:4)
2) Jesus answered him, "It is also written: 'Do not put the Lord your God to the test.'" (Mat 4:7)
3) Jesus said to him, "Away from me, Satan! For it is written: 'Worship the Lord your God, and serve him only.'" (Mat 4:10)
Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away. (Mat 24:35) Whenever you face trials of many kinds, or tempted in the flesh, remember... Jesus always referred back to the Scripture saying "It is written...". So whenever you face sickness, just say "It is written, by His stripe I am healed". If your pocket is empty, just say "It is written, throught His poverty I am rich". If you don't know what to say, just remember this one... "It is written, as He is so am I in this world". Isn't it simple? Just believe and say it out loud. Trust me, it works! Hear Him!
