By faith Moses, when he became of age, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh's daughter, choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God than to enjoy the passing pleasures of sin, esteeming the reproach of Christ greater riches than the treasures in Egypt; for he looked to the reward. By faith he forsook Egypt, not fearing the wrath of the king; for he endured as seeing Him who is invisible. (Heb 11:24-27)
Often time we read the Bible and wonder how great man of God like Moses willing to give up all that he had as the son of Pharaoh's daughter to reconcile with his brothers, his people. Ever imagine yourself as Moses. Will you give up all the material wealth, the power in control, the luxury of life and the riches of this world... for the love of your brothers, your people, and your Christ? By faith Moses did and that's love. And faith works through love! (Gal 5:6) Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. (Heb 11:1) He who finds his life will lose it, and he who loses his life for My sake will find it. (Mat 10:39) Do you believe? Hear Him!
